Basic requirements for Lead Educator Positions

Applicants for Lead Educator positions must hold one of the following:
Other requirements
  • Diploma of Children's Services (ECEC) qualified or studying towards.
  • Enthusiasm, a passion for children and a desire to make a difference
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact with parents, children and co-workers
  • A solid Understanding of modern childcare and early learning principles
  • A willingness to work flexible hours (a modified version of flexitime)
  • A willingness to do what needs doing, without waiting to be asked or told
  • Loads of initiative and the ability to assist us in keeping our company one of the best
  • A sound understanding of modern child care, early learning principles, ELYF and QKLG

  • Commitment to work co-operatively as a team member
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Loads of initiative and the ability to assist us in keeping our company one of the best
  • A sound understanding of modern child care, early learning principles, ELYF and QKLG
